What are Process instances?
A process instance is a particular execution of a process. The modeling and configuration define the formal structure of a process.
The instance is created each time a process is launched
For example, the ‘Recruitment and Hiring’ process is unique, but each new application is a new process instance in Flokzu.
Once a process instance is created in Flokzu, the assigned tasks will be executed according to the workflow you have defined.
To create a process instance, simply click the button ‘Launch process’ located below your personal name and photo.
A new page will open where you can select which process you want to launch.
You will find a list of all the processes you currently have permission to launch. If you cannot find a process in the list, ask your administrator so that he grants you permission to launch a certain process.
Choose one from the list of created processes and you are now ready to create a process instance!
