Clone a finalized process instance
Only users who have Reading permission on the finalized process instance and permission to launch this process can clone a finalized process instance.
Once the button to clone the finalized process instance is clicked, the user will be redirected to the form to start that process.
The new process instance will contain as Tag the identifier of the finalized process instance that originated it.
By default, the fields of the new process instance will contain the information that the finalized process instance had. Those attachments that were in the "Attachments" tab will also be cloned.
Those fields that have a default value in the normal execution of a process will start with the values of the finalized process instance.
Those fields that were set as 'editable' will allow their value to be modified.
The value of those fields that are hidden at the beginning of the process will also be copied.
