Attachments tab

In Flokzu you have the possibility to view and add an attachment (Word, Excel, pdf, among others) at any stage of a certain process, through the Attachments tab.

You'll be able to upload files from your device as well as from Google Drive.

Each time a process is created, this option will be enabled by default.

How can I disable this option?

If you want to disable this option for your users in a certain process, click on edit process and then on Configuration > Additional settings and finally select 'No' in the 'Enable Attachments for this process' option.

Permissions over the Attachments tab

Whenever the Attachments tab is enabled, you'll be able to set up different permissions related to it for each of the tasks of your process. To set this, click on edit task, then navigate to Permissions > Attachments and there you'll see three options: Display attachments, Add attachments and Delete attachments.

Even if you have disabled the Attachments tab for a certain process, you can allow your users to upload attachments by placing an attachment field in the process form.

Keep in mind that attachment fields allow you to upload a single file.
