Clone a finalized process instance

Tags in a process instance
To place tags in a process instance can have multiple uses. Can I modify a finalized process instance?
Is it possible to modify a process instance that has finished? It's not possible to revive or modify a finalized process instance. The only possible actions are to make a comment on it or clone it.
