How can I cancel my subscription? How do I unsuscribe?
To cancel your subscription to a plan, just go to “Service Plans”. You will see the plan you subscribed to and the frequency of payment chosen. Just click the red button “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your current subscription. Finally, confirm the cancellation and it will have an immediate effect. For which users must I pay?
You will have to pay for all the active users of your organization. The active users of your organization are those who confirmed the invitation sent through Flokzu. Do I need to pay for users who are not so active in my account? You will have to pay for all the active users of your organization, that is, all the users who confirmed their invitation to join Flokzu. If you wish to, you can remove some users from your account in order to stop paying for them.
Can I subscribe some users to a plan and other users to another plan?
No. The subscription to Flokzu is billed according to the payment plan chosen for a specific account, not according to the users that conform it. The account’s administrator is the one who selects the plan he/she wishes to pay for and, taking that decision into account, plus the number of active users of his/her account, the organization will be billed accordingly.
Can I subscribe to an annual plan?
Yes. In Flokzu we offer you the possibility to pay for an annual subscription. The annual billing for your organization will be calculated according to the plan you chose and the total sum you owe for the next 12 months.
Which are the payment methods available?
In Flokzu you can pay for your subscription through a PayPal account (Link: http://www.paypal.com). Depending on your country of residence, you can link a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) or a bank account to your PayPal service. PayPal is a safe online payments service that allows you to make immediate money transfers. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is possible to arrange an alternative payment method. When are monthly payments due?
In Flokzu, monthly payments to a subscription are billed the same day every month. E.g.: If you subscribe to a payment plan on the 7th day of the month, you will be charged and billed that very day and every 7th day thereafter.
What happens if I cancel my annual plan?
You can cancel your annual subscription at any given time. Unfortunately, we do not offer reimbursements for canceling an annual subscription. We advise you to assess the tool first before you subscribe to an annual plan.
