In Flokzu it is likely that you'll send automatic notifications with a high frequency:

notifications of tasks assignation
notifications of tasks to be completed via email
notifications of invitations to interact in a task
notifications of comments made
notifications defined throgh a Send Task in the workflow (e.g. Notification to a client of lack of stock, Notification of Rejection in an approval task).

It might be the case that someone responds to these automatic emails, for which it might be useful to have set an email address through which you can reply to these cases.

To set this email address, navigate to Configuration > Advanced and there you'll see box in which you can enter an email address to receive replies to automatic notifications.
