User Registration

After the administrator user sends an invitation to join their organization and workspace at Flokzu, you will receive an email from Flokzu.

It may take a few minutes, and it is also recommended to check in spam.




Clicking on the link will take you to a Flokzu page where you will have to define your Username and Password to register in the system.




After completing your details, you will receive an email to confirm the account and finalize your registration.

To enter the workspace of the organization to which you were invited, you must go to the email inviting you to participate in it:




By clicking on the above link you will be able to enter the workspace with the email and password that were defined in the previous steps.

Once you have logged in you will see a left menu with the folders you have access to, Inbox, Highlights, Outbox and Finalized.

If you have been given access to Custom Reports, Databases, Processes or access to Metrics and Reports you will also see those items there.
