How can I invite users to join my account?

To invite a user to join your Flokzu account, first go the ‘User Management’ section on the side menu. Then, click on ‘Invite Users’ and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. Invited users will receive an email to their email address.

To invite several users at the same time, simply separate the addresses by a comma.

Once you have invited users to your account, the ‘Users’ tab will show you the list of all the users of your organization.

If any user has accepted your invitation, the user’s name will appear on the list. On the contrary, the following text will appear: [Invitation sent].

Only a person who has an administrator or business analyst role in your account shall have permission to invite users to the account. Assign one of these roles to another user if you want someone else to invite users for you.

After you have sent an invitation to another user, you can re-send the invitation by clicking on the corresponding icon next to ‘[Invitation sent]’. Another invitation email will be sent to the user.

Please consider your Service Plan when inviting new users as billing could be affected.
