How to download all the instances of a process?
In order to download all the instances of a process and do an exhaustive analysis of the information contained in each of the instances, simply go to Metrics & Reports > Export data > select a process and then click on Download Report.
Once you have done this, an Excel spreadsheet will be downloaded, containing relevant information of the process: Identifier, Initiation date, Initiator, Completion date... as well as all the form field values that were completed in each instance.
