Starting from scratch to create a new process can be a challenge, especially for new users or those without experience in building workflows.
The Flokzu AI Form Generator uses artificial intelligence to help you overcome these obstacles by quickly generating the form needed to start a new workflow.

Create a new form

On the form design screen, click the "AI" button.

A window will open where, after clicking the "Help me!" button, you can write a description of your process.

Flokzu will create a form with the fields suggested by the AI. The form will be editable and you will be able to make all the modifications you want.

Be sure to provide a clear and concise description otherwise the AI may return fields not related to the process.

Add fields to an existing form

In the form design screen click the button to open the wizard.
In the pop-up window, click "Modify" and enter a description of the fields you want to add to the form.

You may customize the existing form by adding any required fields or create a new form from scratch, depending on what best fits your needs.
