Activity Audit: Transparency and Total Control

Event auditing is an indispensable tool to ensure security, traceability and compliance within Flokzu. By recording in detail every action performed, you can get a complete view of the history of changes and ensure the integrity of your data.

Access the audit

Once you have logged into Flokzu you can access the audit in Configuration - Advanced - View Audit.

Who can access the audit? Only users with an administrator profile can access the event audit. This restriction ensures that only authorized personnel can view the history of actions performed in Flokzu.

Activity log

In the audit screen you can view a chronological list of activities related to your account that have been performed in the last 12 months . From there, you can filter the records by date, user or event type, allowing you to perform specific searches. Here is a breakdown of what you can see in the logs:

Login: Each time a user logs in, their IP address and login type are recorded. This makes it possible to identify possible unauthorized access and to track the activity of each user.
Users: The creation and deletion of user accounts is logged. You will be able to see the user who performed the activity and in the event description, the account that was created or deleted.
Roles: Each change in the assignment of user roles is recorded, allowing you to audit the permissions and responsibilities of each individual within the system.
Processes: The creation, deletion and deployment of processes is recorded. This helps you with version management and allows you to track changes made to workflows.
