Metrics & Reports- Dashboard
Dashboard
Flokzu is much more than an app that centralizes your processes. It also helps you improve your efficiency by analyzing the overall performance of your organization objectively.
You can analyze the performance of your organization instantly through the 'Metrics & Reports' section. Once inside, you can define and measure your organization's KPIs.
The Dashboard will look a lot like the image shown below, but it will depend on your own processes:
The first four elements tell us how many process instances have been initiated in the month, how much space has been consumed, the number of active public forms and the account plan.
Information about tasks
(Chart at left)
General View
The pie chart shows the total of active tasks divided by status: on time, on next due, on overdue and the total of the tasks completed in the last 10 days.
By Process
The bar chart shows the task information as the pie graph but discriminated by process.
Information about instances
(Chart at right)
General View
The pie chart shows the number of launched instances in the last 30 days and the number of those instances that were finalized within the same 30 days.
By Process
The same information will be displayed as in the pie chart but discriminated by process.
For task pie charts: Clicking on the Deadline, Due or Expired tasks section redirects to the Real Time Metrics section of the account (BAM). Clicking on the Completed tasks section redirects to the organization's historical metrics (BI) section
For task bar charts: Clicking on the bar in the On Time, On Next Due or Overdue task section redirects you to the Real Time Metrics section of the process you clicked on. Clicking on the bar in the Completed tasks section redirects you to the Historical Metrics section of the process you clicked on (applying the date filter that shows the completed tasks for that process in the last 10 days).
For both bar charts: If there is no information for a process, the process code won't be shown on the horizontal axis. There is an option to select the processes that you want to see in each bar chart (the selected processes ONLY have an impact on the bar chart).
