Administrator

Users associated to Administrator role will have access to all sections of the account. They'll also have access to all ongoing and finalized process instances.

They can:

Access every process instance ever created.
Create, edit and delete processes
Give permission to edit a process
Give permission to access the Metrics & Reports generated from a process.
Invite, edit and delete users.
Create, edit and delete roles.
Create, edit and delete custom reports.
Delete process instances.
Finalize process instances at any time.
Re-send notification of assignment to tasks.
Play intermediate timers before their set time
Download search results.
Create, edit and delete databases.
Access to Configuration (Service Plans & Advanced configuration)

Business Analysts

On the other side, users that are associated to the Business Analyst role will have some limitations in comparison to Administrators.

They can:

Create processes.
Create custom reports
Create databases
Invite users
Create, edit and delete roles
Download search results

Only if someone gave them access to:

Access Real Time and Historical reports -they'll see all three views: By Process, By User and By Role-.
Access processes they didn't create.
Reassign tasks.

They can't:

Delete users
Delete custom reports
Delete process instances
Finalize process instances at any time.
Re-send notification of assignment to tasks.
Play intermediate timers before their set time
Delete databases
Edit databases they didn't create.
Give access to edit a process or to access the Metrics & Reports generated from a process.
Access to Configuration (Service Plans & Advanced configuration)
